- Indicate what impact this would have on your operations.
- Indicate how many jobs would be lost, and how many families would be impacted.
- If you are considering leaving the state, indicate why that would be attractive.
- Urge strong opposition to the tax proposals.
- If you or your employees are in a legislator’s district, emphasize this.
- You’ve worked hard and played by the rules; you’ve paid plenty of taxes and created jobs; this tax penalizes you for your success, and jeopardizes your business and your employees.
